So, I struggle to commit to one form of exercise. I have done a couple 'Miracle Miles' as Lauren suggested in a previous post, but to shake things up a bit I also enjoy rebounding.

I enjoy rebounding because it is quick and easy, it gets the heart rate going, it is fun and a good stress relief too. A good play list or something to watch on TV helps time pass quickly.
I have found that 15-20 mins is a good workout for me - that usually kills me. A rebounding class I went to for a while including bouncing for about 50mins, arm exercises with weights and various stretches, all in time to high energy music! I discovered muscles I never knew I had! Maybe when lockdown is over I'll give the class a go again 😅
