I am an avid walker and am missing my daily walk terribly. However, yesterday I found out about some new walking YouTube videos called 'THE MIRACLE MILE'. I did one this morning and was enjoying it so much that I actually landed up repeating the programme. I felt fantastic after getting some exercise!
You actually walk 'on the spot', so you don't need much space. The programmes appear to be simple, but you will find that you actually complete a cardio workout in a short period of time. Give it a try!
